High-gloss injection molding: the basic process of high-gloss injection molding is to rapidly heat the surface of the mold with high temperature and high pressure steam before injection molding, so that the surface temperature of the molding mold cavity reaches above the glass transfer temperature (TG) of the resin plastic, and then inject the plasticized plastic melt into the closed mold cavity. During the injection phase, the mold temperature is kept constant by high temperature and high pressure steam.
