Thermo Fisher Scientific, Germany's Derenda, Wuhan Tianhong and other domestic and foreign manufacturers of four kinds of manual sampling monitoring equipment, began to apply the PM2.5 automatic monitoring method for the application of comparative testing.

At the China National Environmental Monitoring Center in Beijing, nine PM2.5 automatic monitors are working silently, and an "undercover battle" begins here. These instruments come from 6 different companies at home and abroad. Domestic and Foreign Brands "Infighting" PM2.5

As early as last October, Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau purchased two sets of PM2.5 analyzers and nitrogen oxide analyzers for 1.946 million yuan. The relevant person in charge of the Wuhan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau introduced: “Tendering last year used the import standard, and the imported machinery was also imported, and it is still under debugging. Wuhan plans to use 9 PM2.5 monitoring points during the year, and at least 7 more instruments will be purchased. ."

It is understood that in the current PM2.5 testing equipment market, non-domestic equipment market share should exceed 70%. On behalf of the brand Thermo Fisher, the price of a single instrument is as high as 280,000 yuan, and that of domestic brands is around 15 million yuan. According to a person from the Wuhan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, “In fact, the principle of testing PM10 and PM2.5 is the same, but there is a difference between the cutters. In the past, Wuhan monitors PM10 instruments and has also adopted domestic brands.”
