Alarm system frequently asked questions and answers
1, the controller is turned on without display
1) Check if the AC 220V is available or if the power switch is turned on.
2) Switching power supply failure.
3) The controller LCD module is faulty.
2. The controller displays the backup fault.
1) Check the battery voltage. The battery voltage should be 21 volts or more. If the battery is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
2) Check if the standby power switch is turned on.
3) The controller CPU board is faulty.
3, the controller shows the main power failure
1) Check if the AC 220V is available or if the power switch is turned on.
2) Switching power supply failure.
3) The controller CPU board is faulty.
4, the controller shows unedited
1) The possible parts are not programmed and the program needs to be programmed. If it is reported, check if the part address is correct.
2) If the program is still reported after the program is programmed, check the component address to see if it is correct.
3) If the above is correct, the component is faulty, and the faulty component needs to be sent back to the factory for repair.
5. The input module and the input/output module are disturbed, causing the system to work abnormally.
When the feedback signal line of the input module and the feedback terminal of the input/output module comes from the power cabinet, it may bring a strong electrical interference signal, causing the module, a loop, and even the entire system to work unstable, and can be accessed through the passive contact of the relay. Module input to solve.
6, common line problems
1) Bus grounding, bus-to-ground insulation resistance is too low, resulting in system instability (damage when the wire is through the pipe, long-term immersion in water, contact between the connector or terminal and the embedded box, damage to the bus interface board, etc.);
2) The insulation resistance between the bus and other lines is low, and the insulation resistance between different circuit buses is low;
3) 24V power supply is reversed (causing the module to report 24V disconnection fault);
4) 24V is confused with the bus connection (24V is wrongly connected to the bus terminal, and the bus is wrongly connected to the 24V terminal);
5) The outdoor line is not protected against lightning and lightning, and the system is often damaged by lightning.
Solution:
After the line is laid, the line-to-ground resistance should be tested and should be greater than 20MΩ. (including bus, dian phone line, 24V power supply, broadcast line, layer display 485 bus, etc.).
The line resistance of the test bus, 24V power supply, and dian telephone line should not be less than 100KΩ; the line resistance of the broadcast line should generally be greater than 10Ω.
Check the resistance between the bus and the 24V, dian telephone line, and broadcast line. There should be no short circuit.
Outdoor wiring should be attached to steel pipes and take lightning protection and waterproof measures.
7, common interference problems
1) The DC24V power supply is interfered by 380V power, which causes the system to work unstable or the input and output modules malfunction. The action feedback line of the control box of such equipment should use the sheath stranded shielded wire, and the shield layer is connected to the earth. Otherwise, there is an AC induction signal to the 24V power ground. (Also can be solved by adding relay isolation) Note: The feedback signal line of the power distribution cabinet cannot be laid with the 380V power line, and the input and output modules cannot be placed in the control box.
2) The broadcast line and the bus are in the same tube, causing the loop to report a fault. (A similar phenomenon has occurred. The broadcast line is a strong electric line. It cannot be worn in the same pipe as the bus or 24V line. It must be piped separately.)
3) The AC interference introduced by the temperature-sensing cable of the protection transformer causes the input module to report a fault. (Can be solved by relay conversion and isolation.)
4) The AC power supply is powered by the UPS, and the UPS output voltage has clutter, which causes interference to the system through the power supply, and malfunctions and malfunctions. (A similar phenomenon has occurred, and finally solved by replacing the AC power supply)
