• Power system The original VOLVO diesel engine features strong power, excellent performances, and high reliability.
• Hydraulic system: The pumping hydraulic system adopts dual-pump dual-circuit constant-power open-loop hydraulic system and German Rexroth oil pump.
The main cylinder and swing cylinder are driven by two pumps separately. The swing cylinder features quick and powerful motions. The hydraulically controlled reversing mode guarantees more reliable and stable reversing motions for the main pumping line.Â
• Pumping system: The maximum capacity of the hopper is up to 800L and the inner walls of hopper adopt arc-shaped design to eliminate dead spaces for material deposits. The high wear-resistant wearing plate and cutting ring sufficiently cut down the user's operating cost. The S-pipe valve features low height difference and achieves smoother concrete flow.
• Electronic control system: The main electronic control units adopt originally imported products, featuring simple system, low unit number, and high reliability.Â
• Lubrication system: The central lubrication mode is adopted so that the hydraulically controlled follow-up grease pump guarantees the lubrication effects. All lubrication points of the multi-plate progressive grease distributor are fitted with blockage indicator to ease the maintenance and checking. In event of blockage in any oil line, the other oil lines can still function normally.Â
• Cleaning mechanism: The cleaning water tank and the cleaning water pump are equipped to ease the maintenances and cleaning of pump.Â
• Chassis: The Dongfeng EQ1126KJ1/Tianjin DFL1120B class II chassis is adopted, with cab-over-engine structure, sleeper, 4×2 drive mode, and Cummins engine. The chassis features high maturity and reliability, strong power, excellent performance, and good economy.Â
