For the new injection pump, the reason for the stuck are the following:
(1) At present, some injection pump manufacturers and maintenance units in the debug pump, do not pay attention to the selection of high-quality diesel, resulting in debugging the actual use of diesel in the larger amount of plastic, high acidity. After this debugging, in the injection pump precision coupling surface with a layer of residual film attached. If the fuel pump is stored for too long, this layer of oil will gradually generate organic sediments and glue, installed will have a sluggish phenomenon.
(2) improper storage of fuel pump storage, lax packaging, moisture-proof rust-proof material missing or damaged, tubing joints dust cap damage or loss, will also have a phenomenon of stagnation.

For older fuel injectors in use, locate the stuck plunger coupling and remove it and clean with clean diesel. If the plunger coupling is pulled by mechanical impurities, can be cleaned with a clean oil. The correct approach is: pull the top corners of the plunger pulled into the hole with the plunger sleeve flush with the center, slowly turning the plunger, there will be a sense of block. For stuck new injection pump, the following methods can be used to deal with:
(1) inject proper amount of gasoline or diesel oil into fuel injection pump and governor, repeatedly rotate camshaft, make fuel injection pump tappet and governor fly ball and other components move freely to prevent corrosion and release of card, resulting in diesel speeding.
(2) for the upper and lower decomposition of the fuel pump, pump body can be placed flat, open the side cover, remove the pump head fastening nut, remove the pump head, clamp the piston root with hand pliers, and slowly extracted Fault cylinder plunger and spring (be careful not to bump the plunger), repeatedly cleaned with clean gasoline or diesel, washed and loaded (note the plunger arm must be fitted into the regulating fork), and alternately tighten the pump head nut, Turn the camshaft, pull the pump handle review.
(3) For the integral fuel injection pump, open the side cover, turn the camshaft, and use the screwdriver to insert it into the quill plunger spring holder to gently pry it in. After the plunger is forced downwards and reset, the plunger is exposed to the outside of the plunger sleeve Pour the root of the plunger with clean gasoline or diesel and rotate the camshaft.
