The TZD-SH shaft vibration transmitter is matched with the SDW-5 eddy current sensor. It is mainly used to continuously monitor and measure the peak-to-peak radial vibration of the shaft of the rotary machine device. There are two types of transmitters:
Integral type: Transmitter integrates the probe and signal processing unit of the eddy current sensor. As long as the eddy current sensor φ8mm probe is configured, the extension cable can form the system.
Split type: φ8mm eddy current sensor system (including front device, extension cable, probe) must be connected
Shaft vibration transmitter Frequency response: 1~200Hz;
Current output: 4~20 mA or 0~10mA, Accuracy: ±1% of full scale, maximum load 500Ω;
Buffered output: sensor's original signal output;
Alarm: set at any point within the full scale, LED alarm indication, relay output contact output, capacity DC28V/2A or AC250V/1A;
Operation state: NOK yellow light, probe or extension cord is faulty; red light: alarm indication.
Use power: +24VDC±10% or 220VAC±10%, 50Hz, power consumption is less than 6W.
