Product Description

KP pressure controls are for use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to give protection against excessively low suction pressure or excessively high discharge pressure. The controls are also used for starting ans stopping refrigeration compressors and fans on air- cooled condensers. KP pressure controls are available in IP 30 and IP 44 enclosures.

KP Dual Pressure Controls are available in versions for regulation of high pressure on both left and right side or regulation of low pressure on left and high pressure on right side (versions with LP signal or LP+HP signals). Enclosure rating IP30 or IP44.
Ultra-short bounce time thanks to snap-action function (reduces wear to a minimum and increases reliability)
Manual trip function (electrical contact function can be tested without the use of tools)
Vibration and shock resistant
Compact design

Pressure controls are pressure-activated switches, with a basic function to make or break an electrical circuit which in tur controls a solenoid coil, a contactor or some other functioning part of the system.

The set point at which a control closes a contact and makes a circuit is called the cut-in point.

The point at which the control opens the switch and breaks the circuit is called the cut-out point.

The difference between the cut-in and cut-out point is known as the differential.

The internal structural design is vane, Vane Damper is  more suitable for soft close. ABD vane dampers are used to dampen drives, control speed, and many other applications. The damping direction of the vane dampers with continuous rotation can be clockwise, counter clockwise, or in both directions. Vane dampers are widely used in automobile interior decoration, household electric appliances, furniture and bathroom products, etc. Our dampers can make the movement of structures soft, quiet and safe to mitigate the impact, avoid the damage, increase the mechanical life, reduce noise, and improve product quality.


When the axis of rotation is moving, the blades that are connected to the axis of rotation rotate at the same time. The silicone oil in the oil chamber is squeezed between the blade andthe body to the back of the blade. The resistance formed by the pressure of the silicone oil to the area of the blade is the damping torque of the rotating shaft and the blade. The torque generated during rotation is determined by the oil viscosity, the pressure area of the blade and the clearance between the blade and the body.

Test Method: From the closing position to opening position, push back to 70°, soft close from 70° to 0°.

Test Temperature: 23±2℃.

Durability test cycle: 50,000 cycles. The result of product test )>2s.
