Yesterday afternoon, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress convened the "Report on the Promotion of the Sharing of Large Scientific Instruments and Facilities in Shanghai" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").

As of the end of October 2010, the total number of instruments participating in social sharing on the R&D platform had reached 5,805 units/set, an increase of 300% from the time before the “Regulations” were issued; the original value of the instrument was a total of 5.793 billion yuan, an increase of 185% from the time before the “Regulations” were issued. .
