Analog output calibration method

Before the calibration of the sensor, please make sure that the sensor is connected with the handheld calibrator (the description of the handheld calibrator is shown in Appendix 1), and turn on the calibrator power switch; at the same time, prepare a number of measurement media (the depth of the container should be greater than the sensor range Can be); The sensor is fixed, the bottom of the sensor is immersed in the height of the liquid height set by the customer, and allowed to stand for 10 seconds, press the calibrator zero calibration button, when the lamp flashes, indicating that the zero calibration is successful, then output 0V Or 4mA (ie zero output); similar to step 2, the sensor immersed in the height and the customer's full-scale height of the liquid corresponding to the set, stand for 10 seconds, press the calibration button full-scale calibration, when the light flashes, Said full-scale calibration is successful, then output 5V or 10V, 20mA (that is, full-scale output); when the zero and full-scale calibration is successful, the handheld sensor can move up and down the liquid level, you can see the display instrument with the liquid level changes accordingly The change.

Abnormal description:

When the sensor continuously outputs 2.5V or 5V or 12mA, it means that the calibration of the sensor is abnormal; calibration is required after power off and restart.

Digital output calibration method

Before the calibration of the sensor, please make sure that the sensor is connected to the power supply, and connect the digital output line to the computer through the adapter and open the test software (see the software operation documentation for related methods of use);

Connect the bottom of the properly connected sensor to the required zero position, let it rest for 10 seconds, and the operating software records the zero value;

When the calibration process is completed normally, the sensor can be installed on the tank; at this time, the sensor can be fixed on the tank through self-tapping screws, and the installation process is completed;

Handheld calibrator use method:

1. Connect the connector of the hand-held calibrator to the output connector of the sensor, and toggle the switch on the right side to ON. At this time, the POWER lamp lights up;

2. At this time, the zero position of the sensor is immersed and leveled with the liquid level. When the liquid level is stable, press the EMPTY button. After about two seconds, the SET light will flash once, indicating that the zero calibration is successful.

3, as above, the sensor's full position immersed in liquid level with the liquid, until the liquid surface is stable, press the FULL button, about two seconds later, the SET light will flash once, indicating that the full calibration is successful;

4. At this time, remove the calibrator connector and replace it with the sensor outlet.
