Copper Wire Separator  Introduction: 
JLF series copper wire separator  is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet. 

Copper Wire Separator Features:
JLF-400(capacity:200-250kg/h) copper wire separator is suitable for middle size factory. It finishes the complete recycling process in closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire go through the high pressure fan, and dust inside will be cleaned and finally vibrating separator will take out clear copper and plastic pellet from different exit.

Copper Wire Separator Detail Instruction: 
1.Shredding System: Shredding is the first step of whole recycling process of the granulator machine.There is 14pieces of moving blades inside the crusher, and it can cut small pieces of scrap copper wires to small pellet with size of 5-8mm(depends on raw material size).
2.Separating system: The high pressure fan brings crushed copper and plastic pellet into the vibrating separator. There is screen inside the system,which can take copper pellet and plastic pellet to different outlet).
3.Copper pellet outlet:Crushed and separated copper pellet get out of this exit.
4.Plastic pellet outlet: Crushed andseparated plastic pellet get out of this exit.
5.Dust Collector: There is combined dust collecting system on the recycling machine.
6.Electric control box: Normally we match automatic controlling system with the machine.And we could also accept control system customization.

Main spare parts of copper wire recycling machine is screen and moving blades.Normally we supply extra one set sapre parts includes 1 piece of screen and 12 pieces of blades for JLF-400 copper wire granulator. 
We also recommend proper related machines to customer according to the raw material to get best recycling effect. 
Pre-treat Machines: 
1. Cable stripper: if customer deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand,it is better to separate its cores and then put them into granulator machine. 
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large lenth, it will be helpful to cut them to smaller pieces before granulating. 
3. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness. 
4. Megnatic conveyor: If there is a small part iron mixing inside the copper wire, we can add a magnatic conveyors to take out of the iron mixing of the copper pellet to get high purity. 
5. Belt conveyor: It is supplied to customer who required totally automatic copper wire feeding.

   For single recycling machine, only one worker is required.
