Introduction of Electric Handling Car

We have designed transfer cars for all kind of industries. Our versatility to manufacture this vehicles is proven by our experience and adaptations. These transfer cars can be made according to our clients' needs and with clear commitment to meet them.
Carts are mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path. They can be DC battery powered or AC powered. Typically used for moving materials such as steel tubes, tanks of liquids, steel coils, steel beams, machine parts from one location to another. Standard sizes from 4 x 4 to 6 x 8. Larger cart capacities and sizes are available for specific applications.

Transportation of Electric Handling Car

*For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. Electric Handling Car will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. Electric Handling Car needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.


What Surfaces does the Electric Handling Car Travel On?
The On-rail Transfer Cart is designed with flanged wheels and travels on rail. Most applications are on level surfaces; however, it is possible for carts to travel on inclines not greater than 4°.

With steerable carts flat tread steel wheels (hardened tread surface) come standard and are fine for most concrete smooth to semi smooth floors. For non-marking epoxy floor systems, optional urethane wheels can be ordered (up to 20 ton capacity). Carts are not designed for uneven surfaces such as gravel, rough terrain, or badly cracked concrete floors.

Jack is divided into mechanical jacks and hydraulic jack, principle is different. In principle, the principle of hydraulic jack is based on PASCAL's principle, namely: the liquid pressure is the same everywhere, so, in a balanced system, the smaller piston top pressure is small, and the big pressure on the piston is bigger, it can keep the liquid stationary. Through liquid, so can be different on the different pressure, so that you can achieve the goal of a transformation.We are common to the hydraulic jack is to use the principle to achieve the force transfer.Mechanical jacks, using mechanical principle, in the past after pull (handle, claw namely rotary driving ratchet clearance, pull small bevel gear drive big bevel gear, make weight lifting screw rotation, so that the lifting socket for lifting or falling, and achieve the function of the lifting force. But not as easy hydraulic jack.
