The definition of humidity and measurement methods

In agricultural production, it is often necessary to measure and control the ambient temperature and humidity. In conventional environmental parameters, humidity is one of the most difficult parameters to measure correctly. This is because the measurement humidity is much more complex than the measurement temperature, the temperature is measured independently, and the humidity is affected by other factors (atmospheric pressure, temperature). In addition, the calibration of humidity is also a setback. The production of humidity calibration equipment abroad is very expensive. Nowadays, there are researches in this area in China. The temperature and humidity self-recording device developed by Zhejiang Top Instrument can effectively monitor the temperature, humidity, and even the dew point of the environment.
Now we simply understand the definition of humidity and how to measure it.
1, the definition of humidity: Humidity, indicating the physical amount of atmospheric dryness. At a certain temperature, the less water vapor contained in a certain volume of air, the drier the air; the more water vapor, the more humid the air. The degree of dryness and humidity in the air is called "humidity".
2. Humidity measurement methods: There are as many as two to thirty different types of humidity measurements. However, humidity measurement has always been one of the frustrations known in the world of metrology. A seemingly simple magnitude, immersed in it, involves rather complex physical-chemical theoretical analysis and calculations. The 608-H1 beginners may ignore many of the factors that must be taken into account in the humidity measurement and thus affect the fair use of the sensor. Common methods of humidity measurement include: dynamic method (double pressure method, dual temperature method, diverting method), static method (saturated salt method, sulfuric acid method), dew point method, wet and dry ball method and electronic sensor method.
The experts determined that the indoor optimum humidity is as follows:
Room environment: 40%-70% RH (relative humidity);
The most favorable disease prevention and treatment environment: 40%~55% RH;
Books and artifacts storage environment: 40%-60% RH;
Cotton wool storage: 40%-60% RH;
Confectionery, snacks storage: 50% ~ 60% RH;
Storage of vegetables and fruits: 50%~70% RH;
Food storage: 50% to 70% RH.

Deburring Constant Force Actuator

Our deburring Constant Force Actuator, deburring Force Control System, or deburring active contact flange have many advantages over other grinders. It can realize flexible grinding, quick repsond to surface changing, and instant adjusting. Traditional mechanic hand lacks flexibility, and it is not easy to adjust, hard to realize mass production.
