The establishment of the Surface Instrument Standards Working Group of the National Commission for Standardization Testing and Non-destructive Testing

According to the provisions of the National Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China on the "Administrative Measures of the National Standardization Technical Committee" and the first batch of industry standardization and revision work plan tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China in 2010, the National Standards Commission for Non-destructive Testing Instrument Standardization The technical committee's standardization work and standard system construction were held on August 24-25, 2010 in Nanjing to convene a working meeting on the establishment of a non-destructive testing instrument surface working group and standard drafting work.

The experts and representatives participating in the conference included Liaoning Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing Dongdian Testing Equipment Co., Ltd., Nanjing Institute of Optoelectronics Technology, Jiangsu Institute of Metrology, China CSR Corporation Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Factory, North China Vehicle Group Shenyang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, National Bearing Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Sheyang Shengjieda Detection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huachen Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and the Institute of Railway Research Institute of Science and Technology , CSR Beijing Erqi Vehicle Factory, Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Vehicle Technology Research Institute, Changchun Machinery Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and other units. The number of experts and representatives attending the meeting should reach 18 people, actually reaching 16 people.

The conference was undertaken by Nanjing Dongdian Testing Equipment Co., Ltd.

The meeting was presided over by Li Hongguo, secretary general of the National Commission for Standardization Testing and Non-destructive Testing Instrument Sub-committee.

I. Content of the meeting:

(1) The establishment of the National Commission for Standardization and Testing of Non-destructive Testing Instruments Standardization Technical Committee Surface Instrumentation Professional Working Group and the first meeting.

1. Li Hongguo, the secretary general of the Nondestructive Testing Instrument Standardization Committee, systematically reviewed and summarized the recent work and introduced the current focus of standardization and the next steps of work. Emphasis on tracking international and foreign standards and actively participating in the formulation of international standards.

2. The Secretary-General Li Hongguo, the Secretary-General of the National Standardization Subcommittee on Non-Destructive Testing of the National Commission for Standardization Testing, read out the document on the establishment of a surface instrument professional working group. The First Surface Instrument Professional Working Group of the National Non-destructive Testing Instrument Subcommittee of the National Testing Machine Standardization Technical Committee consists of 17 members. Zeng Dewen is the team leader and Li Hongguo is the deputy leader. The unit responsible for the work team is Nanjing Dongdian Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. It also announced the list of 17 members of the working group and awarded the certificate of membership of the surface instrument professional working group of the subcommittee on non-destructive testing instruments of the test committee. The Surface Instruments Professional Working Group has a term of five years.

National Testing Machine Standardization Technical Committee The Non-destructive Testing Instrument Sub-committee's Surface Instrument Professional Working Group is mainly responsible for the standard revision of the surface inspection equipment. Such as magnetic particle testing equipment, penetrant testing equipment, electromagnetic yoke testing equipment and functional equipment accessories.

3. Zeng Qifu, general manager of Nanjing Dongdian Test Equipment Co., Ltd. spoke on behalf of the Surface Instrumentation Professional Working Group and read out the current work plan and industry standard planning project.

4. Read the regulations of the NDT Technical Committee of the National Testing Machine Standardization Technical Committee;

5. Implement the 2010 industry standardization task.

(II) Review of the Draft Standard for “Technical Conditions of Electromagnetic Yoke Detector for Non-destructive Testing Instrumentation” The senior engineer of Changchun Mechanical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. Liu Zhixin introduced the project source and standard drafting process for the “Technical Conditions of Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector for Nondestructive Testing Instrument”. In the case, the participating experts and representatives discussed in detail the draft standard of JB/T7411-XXXX "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector for Non-destructive Testing Instrument" according to the paragraph, and put forward amendment opinions and suggestions. The meeting suggested that the drafting unit should arrange according to the revision opinions as soon as possible to form a solicitation draft and solicit opinions widely.

After two days of intense and orderly discussions, all members and representatives reached consensus and achieved the expected goal.
