Changchun Opens Automotive Electronics Industry Park

Recently, the reporter learned that the Changchun National Automotive Electronics High-tech Industrialization Base, the first phase of the automotive electronics industry park, has been completed and put into use in the Changchun Hi-tech Zone. At the same time, the Changchun Automotive Electronics Innovation Industrial Cluster that settled in the area was also identified by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the first batch of "innovative industrial clusters (pilots)."

Changchun Automobile Electronics Industrial Park covers an area of ​​123,000 square meters and a construction area of ​​60,000 square meters. It is constructed in three phases; of which, the first phase of the project has invested more than 7,000 yuan.

It is understood that the automotive electronics industry in Changchun High-tech Zone has developed rapidly in recent years. There are now 98 automotive electronics companies in the region. The total output value of the automotive electronics industry exceeds 10 billion yuan. The leading products cover power control, body electronic control, communication systems, and intelligence. There are 13 categories of automotive electronic products such as traffic management systems, totaling more than 200 kinds. At present, a group of leading companies in the industry segment represented by Qiming Information, Fu Ao Electronics, FAW Dongguang Group, Volkswagen Platform, Valeo, FAW Guangyang, and live wire harness listed companies and Fortune 500 companies have already settled down. High-tech Zone.

In March 2011, Changchun High-tech Zone and Qiming Information Technology Co., Ltd. reached an agreement to jointly build Changchun’s national automotive electronics high-tech industrialization base in order to promote the further development of the automotive electronics industry, which is in desperate need in China and is relatively weak. The key projects proposed for the base include laboratory projects such as new energy vehicles, automotive instrumentation and sensors, and software service outsourcing projects. At present, six large enterprises such as Qiming Automotive Electronics and Fu Ao Electronics have been introduced. After the base is completed, it will form a domestic first-class automotive electronics specialized modern park and become another national-level park in the Changchun Hi-tech Zone, thus providing a solid foundation for building Changchun City's state-level automotive electronics innovation industry cluster.
