Gansu: New tolls for two highways

Yesterday, the Development and Reform Commission of Gansu Province and the Provincial Department of Finance issued the second-class highways connecting the Pingtian Expressway Zhuanglang (Handian) to the Zhangjiachuan-Tianshui (Society) connection line (hereinafter referred to as the Zhuangtian Toll Road) and the Wenfeng Township in the west of Fujian. Judgment on the toll fee and time limit for vehicle tolls for Zhongshan Road and Foliang Tunnel (hereinafter referred to as Wenhuan Toll Road) on the Grade II highway in Qihu County, Jixian County. The new fee standard has been piloted since the official opening of the bus and will be implemented for two years.

It is understood that the Zhuangtian toll road has established Zhangjiachuan toll station and Hongbao toll station throughout. The Wenzhou toll road set up a forestry toll station throughout the entire period. Vehicle tolls are charged at the station according to the approved DWT. The passenger seats are approved at the time of delivery, and each 10 seats is equivalent to 1 ton. The tractor is charged at 12 horsepower equivalent to 1 ton. Less than 1 ton is charged as 1 ton, and when there is a decimal to more than 1 ton, rounding is calculated; the amount charged is in yuan, less than 1 yuan, rounded up to Yuan.

The specific toll rates for the two toll road vehicles are as follows:

Trolley (including all kinds of small sleeping cars, off-road vehicles, jeep, single-row mini-vehicles) charge 8 yuan for each stop; the cart receives 6 yuan per ton for each stop; motorcycles charge 2 yuan for each stop for each motorcycle; Each tractor receives 2 yuan per ton for a stop.

The tolls are paid on a monthly basis for vehicles that frequently travel along the route on a voluntary basis. The monthly pass rate is: 150 yuan per month per car, 30 yuan per month per motorcycle, 50 yuan per month per tractor.

For tractors used for agricultural production (including agricultural tricycles), during past periods of heavy traffic, the toll of the vehicles should be reduced preferentially. For overloaded vehicles that operate toll highways, vehicle tolls are charged in accordance with relevant regulations.
