This specification specifies the high-temperature aging process and operating rules for semi-finished products, products, and major functional modules. Suitable for products that require high temperature aging.
Second, high temperature aging screening purposes:
In order to improve product reliability, eliminate processing stress and residual solvents and other substances, simulate harsh working environment to identify and eliminate early failures caused by product processes and components, ensure excellent quality and life expectancy of the whole machine, and enter a highly reliable and stable period.
Third, the basic requirements of high temperature aging test:
3.1 High-temperature aging screening object 3.1.1 Products that perform aging test should be assembly and testing qualified products;
3.1.2 The company's semi-finished products, products and major functional modules.
3.2 Simulation status requirements 3.2.1 In order to ensure the stable and reliable product performance, the product should be simulated during aging;
3.2.2 When an aging product is required to input a signal, it should be carried out under the condition of rated output power, and good heat dissipation measures should be taken at the same time.
3.2.3 For radio equipment:
a) The access and connection of the signal line and load line of the equipment shall be performed in accordance with the basic operational requirements and simulate the actual working conditions of the equipment;
b) The output of the equipment shall be connected to the load with impedance matching, and the rated power of the load shall not be less than 2 times to 3 times the rated output power of the complete machine;
c) Between the signal source and the equipment, an isolator or circulator should be added;
d) It is forbidden to connect the output signal of the high-power amplifier through the combiner and then into the load.
Fourth, preparation before aging and precautions:
a) Before aging, make sure that the high and low temperature chamber equipment is in good condition;
b) When multiple aging products are tested together, there should be enough clearance between the aging products to ensure sufficient temperature uniformity in the high/low temperature test chamber SC/GDW.
Aging products should not be stacked or placed in disorder so as not to affect the aging effect and cause damage to the product.
Fifth, high temperature aging temperature and time:
The high-temperature aging temperature and time are as follows:
a) The continuous aging under power at room temperature shall not be less than 96 hours;
b) Continuous aging at 40 °C ± 2 °C under no less than 72h;
c) Continuous aging at 45 °C ± 2 °C under no less than 48h;
d) Continuous aging at 50 °C ± 2 °C under no less than 24h;
e) Continuous aging at 55°C±2°C for no less than 12h.
Six, high temperature aging program:
6.1 Apply the working voltage specified in the product standard to the aged product.
6.2 When the aging product is energized, the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber is heated to the specified test temperature. The change of the ambient temperature during the aging process should be within ±2°C of the specified temperature.
6.3 The aging temperature reaches the specified value, and the timer starts when the temperature is constant.
6.4 During the aging process, check whether the operation of the aging chamber is stable every 2 hours, especially the temperature. When abnormal temperature is found during the aging process, the power should be cut off immediately. Wait for the aging room to return to normal and continue aging.
6.5 Aging Products should be tested regularly for the main performance indicators during the aging process. The specific index types and parameters are specified in the technical description of the conversion documents.
a) Aging of conventional products, test once every 5h to 6h, and record the temperature at the time of testing;
b) For the aging of conventional products, sampling methods shall be adopted, and the product for each test shall be not less than 10%;
c) When there is a problem with the tested model equipment, Acer Technology reminds you to increase the number of products tested according to the actual situation, not less than 10%.
6.6 When the product fails during the aging process, the details of the fault should be recorded in the remarks column of Appendix A.
6.7 After the aging product has been placed at room temperature for at least 2 hours, the production planning department conducts a retest and records the test. After passing the test, it is submitted to the inspection department for inspection.
6.8 The single-disk test is performed after the aging. The test items include the monitoring function and the output voltage value. The number of samples taken shall not be less than 20%. If there is any unsatisfactory test sample after aging, the batch shall be fully tested.
Note: The single disk in this specification refers to the single disk or module directly provided to the user.
Seven, logo:
a) Products that have passed the aging test should be marked on the surface of the product with a green label;
b) Products that have failed the aging test should be marked on the surface of the product with a red label.
Eight, test records:
8.1 Fill in the aging test records according to the tested items. See Appendix A.
8.2 The records of single-disk aging test are shown in Appendix B.
8.3 The aging test record table shall be archived monthly by the designated person.
Nine, high and low temperature test aging equipment maintenance requirements:
9.1 All test devices for the burn-in test should be tested periodically.
9.2 All aging facilities should be tested once a month. The main testing items are:
- The aging of the temperature control system for the high and low temperature test chambers of aging equipment;
——Stop wave ratio test of aging load;
——Test of signal source output signal accuracy;
- The output voltage test of the power supply.
9.3 The test results should be recorded. There must be a formal and uniform format.
