Ore lithium beryllium (processing of lithium and bervllium ores) isolation and enrichment of lithium from lithium-containing beryllium beryllium mineral ore process. Lithium and antimony concentrates are sent to smelters to extract lithium, antimony or lithium and antimony compounds. There are about 50 kinds of minerals containing antimony. The industrially valuable niobium minerals are mainly beryl (Be3Al2(Si6O18)), gold emerald (BeAl2O4), wollastonite (Be-SiO4) and garnet ((Mn,Fe)8[BeSiO4]6S2). Among them, beryl is the most important. Pure beryl theoretically contains about 14% BeO. The main beryl associated minerals spodumene, lepidolite, cassiterite and niobium tantalum and the like.

The raw ore used in the production of the Cocoto Sea Concentrator is a granite pegmatite ore containing lithium, strontium and barium . Useful minerals are spodumene, beryl, coltan, fine spar, and the like. The gangue minerals are quartz, feldspar, mica, and the like. The ore dressing plant uses two sections of grinding. The first section is an open rod mill. The ore is discharged into a spiral concentrator and shaker to sort the coltan. The second paragraph is ball milling. The cyclone cascade overflows through slurrying, flotation beryl or spodumene. There are three series of lithium niobium beneficiation. A series of preferentially selected bismuth, lithium separation. The agents used are sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfide, ferric chloride, naphthenic acid soap, oxidized paraffin soap and diesel oil. The original ore grade is 0.087%, the tantalum concentrate grade is 7.7%, and the recovery rate is 76.15%. The second and third series are lithium series. The two-stage grinding and re-election magnetic separation-flotation combined process is adopted; the antimony concentrate contains (Ta, Nb) 2O 550% to 60%, and the recovery rate is about 62%.
The Klngs Mountain concentrator is located in North Carolina, USA. The plant designed and processed the ore volume to 360t/d and later expanded to 1200t/d. After the ore is broken, the +3.3mm portion is first coarsely selected with the resuspension, and a part of the spodumene concentrate is selected and a part of the tailings is discarded. After the fine-grained portion of -3.3mm is ground and delimed, the heavy mineral is recovered by a spiral concentrator; the tailings enter the flotation. The dosage of flotation agent is CaO0.45kg/t, dextrin 0.23kg/t, amine buffering agent 0.18~0.23kg/li mt, and foaming agent 0.18kg/t. The gangue mineral flotation is carried out under the conditions of pH 10.1 to 11. The obtained foam products are silicate minerals such as quartz, feldspar and mica. The tailings of the flotation are iron-containing and spodumene-containing products, concentrated to a solid concentration of 60% to 75% for the flotation of iron-containing minerals, and the tailings are the spodumene concentrate. The ore contains Li2O 1.4%~1.6%. It uses ferrosilicon as the resuspension medium and is selected in the suspension with the density of 2.9-3.0g/cm3 to obtain the spodumene coarse concentrate containing Li2O 5%~6%. The recovery rate is 25% to 30%; the fine fraction is obtained by flotation to obtain a spodumene concentrate containing 5% to 6% of Li2O, and the recovery rate is 45% to 50%.
