3. Applicable Range Technical Specifications

1.  Thermo plastic : HDPE ,PP,PVDF,PVC
2.  The welding joint can be above 10mm wide.
3.  Please do not apply to  plastic of electrical conductivity  (PE - EL), which can  
    make the machine have electrical conductivity.

4.Operating Method 

1.  Place the welding torch on the bracket, insert the power plug into power socket.

2.  Turn on the power switch of  hot air fan,  adjust the turning knob to the 5th or 6th gear, then
heating for about 8 to 10 minutes until the material on the welding nozzle softening.

3.  Then set the extruder in D or E , pull the button, the motor began to run, while for the new machine,
there may be noise, it can be relevant with the resonance of the basis and the machine or have relationship
with the compactness of internal parts of the machine, It will disappear automatically after running-in.

The motor speed is easy and fast when idling , and it will become heavier after feeding material. But if it
becomes very difficult, please stop it immediately. It is because the screw heating time is too short or the
temperature is too low.
                                                     
4. The welding speed, discharge, angle, the structure of the welding nozzle will determine the evenness
and outlook of the welding joint. The strength depends on the preheating air temperature and air velocity,
the average air temperature is at 300 ºC, the faster the welding speed, the higher the temperature is needed.

5. When the hot air is moving with the torch, it just needs to make the welding material surface loses luster.
So the higher temperature, the better welding effect is not right . Choosing the right temperature is very
important.

6. When replacing the welding nozzle, please don't make hard knocking, it needs to be taken off when heating.

7. When the carbon brush of the hot air fan has reached its limit, the motor will automatically stop working.
The lifespan of the original carbon brush is about 800 hours, the service life of carbon brush is commonly 4 to
6 months, please pay attention to change it in advance.

8.  Before outage , the heating air temperature knob of the hot air fan should be set to "0" gear. After blowing
for several minutes , the hot fan can be turned off.

9.  After using, it needs to retain few material within the flumen of the welding torch to avoid barrel sliding when screw idling.

Attention : For the PVC material, it needs to be extruding out by replacing with PP or PE after using.

5.Safety Precautions 

1. Incorrect use of this tool may cause fires and burns, therefore, it is strictly prohibited using without the relevant personnel training.

2. The incorrect use of accessories not according to our company's  recommendation may cause danger of personal injury.

3. Operators should wear labour protection goods.

4. Prevent from heat burns and leakage risk caused by the heat of the welding torch or the power supply.
 
                                                       
5. Based on the protection principle of the user, please install leakage and overload electrical appliances on the power supply.

6.  Be aware of that the machine cann't be affected with damp,  moreover it cannot be used in a wet environment.

7. Keep high alert, fully acknowledged when operating . Don't start the electric tools when tired.

8. Repairation and adjustment should be made under the guidance of professionals. Removing and adjustment without consent of our company are not allowed . Our company will assume no obligation to provide free warranty and other possible adverse consequences of responsibility.
