Rape industry is expected to implement full mechanization

In view of the fact that the mode of rapeseed production in China is diverse and the level of mechanization is low, the “Integration and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Mechanization of Rape Mechanization” undertaken by Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization of the Ministry of Agriculture has achieved fruitful results after four years of hard work by researchers. The mechanization technology and equipment suitable for the entire rapeseed production in different regions of China have been developed. The project is the first public-sector industry (agricultural) technology project undertaken by Agricultural Mechanization and the first batch of industry-based science and technology projects based on agricultural machinery. The project was approved by experts on July 2.

The research integrates various operating modes of fusion varieties, cultivation and equipment, and initially establishes a comprehensive mechanization technology system for rapeseed production in different regions of China, covering live broadcast, transplanting, joint and stage harvesting, seed cleaning, mechanical drying, etc. In the production process, it overcomes the key technical problems in the mechanical precision live broadcast, free (less) tillage sowing, fertilization, joint operation of open trenches, transplanting rapeseed naked seedlings, joint harvesting, and stage harvesting operations; screening and cultivation of suitable mechanized production The high-yield, high-quality, lodging-tolerant and anti-cracking rape varieties have optimized technical specifications for cultivation and cultivation of rapeseed.

The project gives full play to the advantages and characteristics of research and teaching institutions, agricultural extension departments, and agricultural leading enterprises, and is closely integrated with the national rapeseed industrial technology system. The achieved results are widely used in rapeseed production demonstration and promote the national level of rapeseed machinery operation. Raise and develop the rapeseed industry, and achieved good social, economic and ecological benefits. A total of 17 mechanized varieties (strains) were selected and screened, 12 types of production machines and test equipment were developed and improved, 12 technical standards and operational procedures were researched and formulated, and 14 demonstration sites and 17 demonstration sites were established. A total of 200,000 mu of canola mechanization technology has been demonstrated and used for mechanized rapeseed varieties to accumulatively demonstrate and expand 2.1 million mu. The loss rate of mechanical harvesting in demonstration areas has been reduced by 33%, and the output has increased by 28.81 million kilograms, and the overall economic benefits have been 150 million yuan. 33 patents have been submitted, 21 have been authorized, including 6 patents for invention; 15 training courses have been held, 400 technicians and 1,200 farmers have been trained.
