The difference between laser cutting machine and laser marking machine

The main differences are as follows:

1. The cutting machine generally uses a carbon dioxide laser tube, and its light intensity is stronger than that of a marking machine, so its marking depth is deeper than that of a marking machine.

2. The laser cutting machine is mainly used for cutting. Due to its high speed and high precision, the high quality of the manufactured products is not achieved by other cutting machines. Laser marking is mainly used in metals, leather and other materials. Marking, such as: mobile phones, computers, etc., perfect technology, high-precision quality, and does not require any consumables.

3, cutting machine is generally run with a stepper motor. Marker operating mode is to use flying light path, galvanometer to run. Stepper motors are completely incommensurable with the flying light path in terms of speed. The two are very different in terms of speed. When the stepper motor is running, its speed is not up. If the speed is too fast, the stepper motor can easily lose the step. Flight light path will not have such problems.
