(6) Then observe the brake pad fixing screw, the hand touch is smooth, generally long-term braking, the screw is always a bit awkward.

(2) There is abnormal noise in the rear brake

Reason: When the motorcycle is stepping on the rear brake, the noise is as harsh as the friction between the metal. What is the reason?

Most of these sounds are caused by water or dust in the brake hub, and will not affect the brakes. Please also note that the asbestos layer on the brake pads is too worn and can cause this phenomenon. It is recommended to replace the brake pads, no matter how safe first, the reasons for the ringing may be caused by the following problems:

(1) The quality of the brake pads is not off.

(2) Whether there is any foreign matter on the brake device, there will be noise at this time.

(3) The brake disc or brake pad is deformed, and it is impacted by external force. In many cases, the eye cannot see the slight deformation, and it will make a harsh sound when it is used.

(4) There will be noise when the air humidity reaches a certain level. This sound can be tolerated. After the running time, when the water vapor on the brake pads is gone, it will not sound or sound.

(5) You are the asbestos dust generated by the wear of the brake pads. When the brakes are clamped between the brake pads and the hub, the pressure and temperature of the brake pads form a hard enamel on the surface of the brake pads, so the brakes produce a harsh sound.

Solution: Saw several slots on the friction surface of the brake pad with a saw, so that the dust in the brake drum with a swirling airflow brake pad enters the slot and is swept away by the airflow. You must change the brake pad of white color, which is a hard brake pad. You have no problem with changing the red brake pad with a red color.
