After investigation, Yokogawa Town involved 223 enterprises in the upgrading of equipment manufacturing and 419 enterprises with backward bearing capacity, including 93 air compressors, 339 hexagonal lathes, 45 diesel generators, and 123 S7 transformers. At present, 54 air compressors have been eliminated, 80 hexagonal lathes, 25 S7 transformers and 125 small-sized bearing companies.

To better promote the elimination of backward production capacity, Yokogawa jointed with the industry and commerce departments to increase the rectification efforts of unlicensed and unlicensed companies, and resolutely investigated and punished small bearing enterprises that did not meet the conditions for examination and approval; at the same time, strengthened the establishment of enterprises. In the review, for production units requesting the establishment of bearing enterprises, the staff of the township organization shall visit the production site to view the company’s existing production equipment, and order the enterprises to be eliminated through obligatory deadlines. At the same time, the town also uses "village village ring" radio, cable television, village-level propaganda bar and other carriers for propaganda, so that operators understand the state policy regulations in a timely manner, and encourage small bearing companies to actively eliminate backward production capacity.
