According to reports, the notice requires that major projects under construction such as the second double line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway, Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Special Railway, Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway, and Yun-Gui Railway be well-handed; the construction of the remaining highway sections and bottleneck sections of the national highway should be accelerated, and the improvement of the provincial highways must be accelerated. Expand investment and continue to support the development of rural roads; strengthen the construction of municipal public infrastructure; improve the layout of airport networks, strengthen the construction of airport facilities; promote the construction of rail transit in key cities in an orderly manner; promote the construction of water conservancy projects; and further promote universal rural telecommunications services. In addition, the notice also specifically mentioned that it is necessary to scientifically carry out rehabilitation and reconstruction after the Lushan earthquake.
