SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double steam drum and chain grate stoker structure. 4-6 tph boiler is package boiler and 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. The former part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace; there are dense convection tube bundle between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney. The MANO 9600 is a rolling-shutter 9.6-megapixel (3,840 x 2,500-pixel) device that operates at full-resolution 20 frames per second (fps). Utilizing the new technology to provide the highest SNR performance of 41 dB, without oversampling, complements ON Semiconductor's existing family of image sensors. ON Semiconductor also provides reference kits and reference designs for this device to help accelerate and simplify the application of the MANO 9600 in new product designs.
The MANO 9600 is available in monochrome and color versions, providing high frame rates, whether in a single ROI or sub-sampling read mode. The image data is read by the gain and bias amplifiers and fed to the onboard 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The digital data is then transmitted over four industry-standard, low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) outputs. The on-board sequencer programmed on the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) of the MANO 9600 generates internal exposure control timing and also supports readout mode.
The device also offers many other on-chip features, such as charge pump, fixed-mode noise (FPN) correction, and power supply voltage regulator bias control, to help customers simplify the use of MANO 9600 in their applications, and reduce the total number of components. The power consumption is 500 milliwatts (mW) at 20 fps and 200 mW at 5 fps. Operating temperature range is 0 oC to +70 oC.
The demand for image sensors that combine high-speed, high-resolution, and excellent signal-to-noise performance is increasing, and more attention is paid to international safety issues in biometric applications. The MANO 9600 utilizes technology based on image sensor technology expertise and knowledge development to meet the stringent performance requirements in all of these areas without having to make compromises in certain competing products.
ON Semiconductor Introduces New Complementary CMOS Image Sensor
Recently, ON Semiconductor has introduced a new complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor MANO 9600. It can provide speed, resolution, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance that are required to meet the increasing demand for high-end biometric applications such as fingerprint recognition and various medical device designs. Samples of the MANO 9600 image sensor are available now and mass production is expected in the second quarter of 2012.
