12 Rotary crusher operating procedures

12.1 Select the equipment Px1417 to screw back the crusher. The maximum feeding diameter is 1200mm; the discharge port size is 170mm-200mm; the motor power is 400kw-10.

12.2 Adjust the size of the discharge port according to the process requirements. The machine is thoroughly inspected before driving: the body, lubrication system, transmission components, and electrical parts. When starting, first open the thin oil station and the dry oil pump to make the lubrication point sufficient. The start of the gyratory crusher must be started with an empty load to confirm that the equipment is in normal operation before feeding.

12.3 Check and maintain during operation. It is required to conduct a inspection in 30 minutes.

a. Check the fastening bolts of each part, check the wear of the fixed cone and moving cone liner, check whether the upper and lower body are displaced, and check that each transmission component stops running immediately if there is abnormal sound response.

b. Lubrication pump oil pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa during normal operation, and return oil temperature does not exceed 500C.

c. Check the working condition of the thin oil station and dry oil pump, add 2-3 times/8 hours of dry oil, and increase the amount. When the oil pressure is large, the oil filter and oil core should be cleaned. Check if the oil pressure and oil flow are normal.

12.4 Emergency stop should be carried out in the following cases, but the ore in the crushing chamber must be cleaned.

a. The pressure is lower than 0.2MPa or the return oil temperature is over 500C.

b. The moving and fixed cone linings fall off.

c. Loose or broken belts, bolts or other transmission components.

d. The motor smokes or suddenly loses power.

12.5 When the machine is shut down, the ore in the crusher will be returned to the host after the treatment of the ore, and finally the thin oil station and the dry oil pump will be stopped.

12.6 For miners and coarse crushers, the following equipment lubrication work is required:
