b. Maintenance quality requirements

So in the inspection and adjustment, as long as the impeller is pushed to the side of the shaft in the direction of the coupling, you can use pressure lead wire method between the pump cover and the impeller edge to measure the gap. In case of exceeding the regulation, under normal circumstances, the thickness of the paper pad between the pump cover and the pump body can be adjusted and adjusted until it is qualified. When the impeller side or sidewall wear more serious, only paper pad adjustment will not work, you need to revise or replace the impeller turning, but also turning the pump cover.
b.SZ water ring vacuum pump. Its structural feature is that the impeller is fixedly assembled on the shaft, and the impeller can not slide axially when the pump is working. Inspection, the general inspection of the total gap on both sides of the impeller. When checking the overall clearance, the end face of the impeller should be placed close to the discharge cap, and the lead wire should be pressed between the impeller and the cap to check the clearance. In order to ensure that the total clearance measured accurately, pressure lead wire, the shaft pump should be installed before and after. As the disassembly of the bearing is too much trouble, and sometimes only installed in the case of bearings without the front bearing pressure wire lead inspection, when the impeller end surface prone to bias, the impeller in four directions up and down around the need to put lead, and then measured The average total gap is calculated on the basis of the point gap. At this time, the front axle pump can be added between the outer ring and the bearing washer and re-adjusted.
d. Install the bearing cap (must press the rear bearing outer race). Ball bearings on both sides should be equipped with grease, filled with full bearing space to 2/3 is appropriate.
e. Install the packing and packing gland on both sides.
